Am I locked into a contract?
No. Launch90 is billed monthly and you can cancel future renewals at any time. There is no long-term contract. You stay in control. Manage your subscription through the billing portal or contact support@launch90.nl for help.
Which providers can I connect?
You pay for your Launch90 subscription through Stripe. For your own product, you can add a Stripe Payment Link to your sales page. Copy the seven emails from Email Studio into your own sender, such as Mailchimp, Brevo or MailerLite. This is a manual copy of text, not an automatic integration with those providers. Stripe Connect depends on availability in your account; check before launching.
Do I need to buy a Founder License first?
No. New customers start with the monthly software subscription. A one-time Founder License is not required. Already have an older licence? Check your existing account terms or ask support.
What happens to my data?
We use your name and email for your account, billing and support. Stripe processes the payment; Launch90 does not store full card or bank details. Content entered into AI features may be shared with our AI providers. Read the privacy policy for details.
What is on the roadmap?
The integrated AI-avatar workflow for product videos is in development and is not available today.
